All payments made for our services, including recruitment, staffing, job portal solutions, and HR consultancy services, are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, it is considered final, and we do not offer any refunds, partial or full, under any circumstances.

2. Service-Based Payments

As our services involve human resources consultation, recruitment processes, and personalized job-matching, the effort, time, and resources invested in delivering these services begin as soon as a contract or agreement is confirmed. Therefore, all service-based payments are non-refundable after the service has been initiated.

3. Customer Satisfaction

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best possible solutions. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, we encourage you to reach out to us, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns or issues. However, this does not entitle you to a refund.

4. Changes to Services

5. Cancellation of Services

Should you choose to cancel our services after work has commenced, no refund will be issued for any payments made. You may cancel future services, but fees for completed or in-progress work remain non-refundable.
